As a first time buyer my experience here was great! I worked with Richard and David. I knew what I wanted and what I came for before I got in the door. They made the process quick and easy. I was out within the next hr. In meeting the rest of the team, I have to say this place offers a welcoming environment. U Parks team is more than just a sale. They're customer obsessed and go above and beyond.As far as their vehicles, they've definitely got some gems. Snatched a 2016 Chevy Silverado off their lot. She's been treating me well. Battery died once, but Richard purchased a new one to replace it. Haven't had a single problem since. Their vehicles are well kept.Thank you all once again! I'll definitely be recommending this place. And if you were looking for a sign, let this be it :)

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys!! Jerome, my salesman was amazing! I feel like he truly cared and helped me pick out a vehicle that was going to be great on gas and comfortable for my long drive to and from work! Also Richard for working with my lack of credit and Lisa for explaining everything in great detail helping me every step of the way thru the financing process. Also a huge shout out to Marty when my vehicle needed a couple things fixed, he personally gave me a ride to and from work to make sure I still was able to continue my responsibilities while my vehicle was fixed up in a timely manner. I absolutely love my 2022 Chevy Malibu and enjoy driving her daily! If you are having a hard time getting financing or are looking for a fresh start and a second chance these folks are here to treat you like family!! Thanks so much team for all your help! I highly recommend and in fact will send my friends to you for vehicles as well!!
